• Hello Fabrik Community

Fabrik is now in the hands of the development team that brought you Fabrik for Joomla 4. We have recently transitioned the Fabrik site over to a new server and are busy trying to clean it up. We have upgraded the site to Joomla 4 and are running the latest version of Fabrik 4. We have also upgraded the Xenforo forum software to the latest version. Many of the widgets you might have been used to on the forum are no longer operational, many abandoned by the developers. We hope to bring back some of the important ones as we have time.

    Exciting times to be sure.

The Fabrik 4.0 Official release is now available. In addition, the Fabrik codebase is now available in a public repository. See the notices about these in the announcements section

We wish to shout out a very big Thank You to all of you who have made donations. They have really helped. But we can always use more...wink..wink..

Also a big Thank You to those of you who have been assisting others in the forum. This takes a very big burden off of us as we work on bugs, the website and the future of Fabrik.

Email issue with element linked to details

I use some elements in email body of col_update plugin. some of them are linked to details. then they append to the email with link of details and if I click on them on email it shows the below message:
Redirect Notice
The previous page is sending you to an invalid url (http:///index.php?option=com_fabrik&view=details&formid=7&listid=7&Itemid=366&rowid=4&lang=en).

If you do not want to visit that page, you can return to the previous page.

I think it shouldn't add the element include detail link.

But I do not need to put a full link or ..., How can I remove the link without changing element link to details setting.

An element which has "link to details" set includes a link to details when it is rendered. That's what that option does. The email sent from update_col uses "rendered" values, so includes the link. As per my previous msg, you can try the _raw version, but that might not be what you need either (if it's a join, for example, where you'll get the FK value).

Yes, It's a join and _raw doesn't solve the issue.

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
