Move multiple elements to one group

Hello.
I might being a dumb here but, is there a way to move multiple elements at once to another group?

The only way I know is modifying the Fabrik core table via phpMyAdmin.
But you have to know what you are doing, you can break your installation badly, backup before.

Thank's troester. I ended up doing a mix of both manual and database changes, because the list and the form fails to display, if only changed in the database.
Then I had to re-save the item and it was OK.
