When i import a CSV File withe a date value. After iport the date the value of the day is minus 1 day

What are your date settings?
Fabrik date is date-time. With time=00:00 and date setting UTC and a timezone >UTC the UTC datepart in the DB is one day "back".

If you are importing dates in standard format (Y-m-d H:i:s), there's an option "CSV Import Format" under "Date Formats" for the date element, which you can set to "MySQL GMT" or "MySQL Local". Try playing with that option. It basically tells us whether we need to apply a TZ offset or not when storing the date during a CSV import, depending on whether you "store as GMT" or "store as local".
