I am using your form on my website. The form was working perfectly well until this morning, getting an error message. You can see the error by going to http://paideiatampa.com/index.php/contactus/request-information
Getting the following error message:
DB function failed with error number 2006
MySQL server has gone away SQL=SELECT * FROM paideia_fabrik_joins WHERE list_id = 1 OR element_id IN ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 30, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23) ORDER BY id
My developers had suggested that I contact the hosting company, oneworldhosting.com and ask them to 'raise max packets allowed value in configuration of mysql and restart MySQL daemon'. One World Hosting replied "This appears to be an issue with your code, as I ran the select statement in the error message directly on the MySQL server, and it executed fine. You'll need to go over your code, or contact whomever wrote the script or program you are using."
Any advise you can give would be much appreciated.
