Export PDF - Fields overlap

Hi,

I have an application for order management!
I want to export to pdf:
- List of order forms
- Order Note (when entering the order form)

By clicking on the PDF from the list: http://prntscr.com/jf6ye4
The PDF file looks like this, with the overlapping fields: http://prntscr.com/jf70vw

By entering the Order Note and generating the PDF: http://prntscr.com/jf71zh
The PDF file looks like this, with the overlapping fields: http://prntscr.com/jf72bj

Settings I have:
List: http://prntscr.com/jf72pi
Form: http://prntscr.com/jf738d

Does anyone know the origin of this situation?

Can you check if you have a file
libraries/fabrik/vendor/dompdf/dompdf/lib/fonts/dompdf_font_family_cache.php
and delete it?

Here is the PDF of the ordering details (correct): http://prntscr.com/jgn08z

In the list of order notes I still have an error.
The settings I have in the Layout list are: http://prntscr.com/jgn11u
When generating the PDF, it has the style of labels: http://prntscr.com/jgn1hv

I want it to be type list / table, I think I have to change the configuration of the PDF template, for bootstrap, but changing it gives error: http://prntscr.com/jgn22o

How can I correct this situation?
