Multi-Recipient Form

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to have a form, where the recipient of the email was defined by the person who shares it.

That is, to have a field where you indicated the email, and then shared the link, the person who saw the link could not change the email and when filling out the form the email went to the defined person.

Basically I wanted to share a form with my team, but I gave them to put their email, and then release.
