After upgrading the site to Joomla 3.8.3, the site shows:
Nothing to see here. Move along. This file was created by Fabrik. If it is appearing in an unexpected location, the site admin should check the configuration of any file upload elements on Fabrik forms, to ensure that an upload path has been set correctly.

Fabrik version is 3.8

I renamed the index.html file that was created. After that the home page appaeraed, but the other links are showing 404 error.

Please suggest a way to solve this issue.

When did you update your Fabrik version? Which was your Fabrik version before?
There was a security fix in Fabrik3.7 about 6 month ago.

So your site may be hacked.
Do you have backups?

The previous version was 3.5.
I checked and found that an index.html file was generated in the root. I renamed it , and chnaged the htaccess file.
After that the site started working.

But this means that somebody uploaded something into your Joomla root...
So just deleting index.html and changing htaccess is not necessarily enough to clean up.

Your site was hacked. You have to delete any suspicious .php files and then upgrade to J!3.8.3 and latest Fabrik github.
