Possible JS conflict on "fileupload" element and "bootstrap-tabs" details view template

Template: Purity III (Fabrik enhanced)

A possible JS conflict on "fileupload" element and "bootstrap-tabs" in form and details view template every time i click the tabs of of the form or detail. In the detail view, the elements of the field are stacked in columns rather than be segregated by the tabs. In the form view the field are exactly ere we want it. Both throws weird error related to the file upload element. Here is the Error on my browser console:

After hours of rearranging my custom JavaScript. I narrow it down to a single error. What could this mean? I also noticed that my modal "creepily" expand to right of my screen every time I click the tabs.
