Solved Redirect url with data from dropdown select error

Redirect url with data from dropdown select error (<a data-loadmethod="xhr")
The first form saves with correct data, but the url string is incorrect, that is used in a second form.
Note I have a calculated string on form 1 that is transferred correctly.
This has worked in the past, it has now been tested on v4.4.1, no j codes.
Any ideas

How do you create this URL, with an element placeholder?
Use {...raw}
