i have these fields:
ID | Item_observed | description | Status | Upload_file | User
i have 15 items to observed, and i need every user (more than 100 user) to fill the 'status' and 'upload_file' fields. The 'item_observed' and 'description' are identic to every user. It's a kind of report form.
1. Do i need 15 different tables to do this, so every user submit their data in each form of 'item_observed'?
2. Can we make all the items observed showed up in the list when user login, so they only need to edit each row/form?
