This new version of FC has only the en-GB language file updated. If you wish to update one of the other language files please feel free to do so and send them to us.
To facilitate this work the en-BG file has been annotated at the bottoms for 4.3+ with sections for deleted language strings, changed language strings, and new language strings. As long as you address those in your own language file you should have everything you need.
