Search plugin options...

Hi, because we are building an ERP system for our plant, i would like to know how i can give access to result from search plugin to employees, but with the possibility to choose which list will be included in search results.
Right now i can only change the Access level in plugin options, but if i give access to employees (that is what i want cause they can search our SKU recipe, etc...), they also have full access on employees profile list, so they see other employees phone number, etc...
So i would like to be able to set access level of this plugin to all, but choose search access for each list individually... is their a way i don't know of ?

The user will only get records from lists where he has "View records" list access .

Yes i know, but i have to let View access so the employee can see his own profile... But i don't want him to see other's profile.

If the user has unrestricted view access he can see the other profiles anyway.
You must add a list prefilter to prevent this.
