I have a link with variables in.

How can I use the variable manuskript_id=1 to show only the manuskript with 1 and not 2?
It's a database join field...

I use this one right now:
http://nemmanus.commingup.dk/index.php?option=com_fabrik&view=list&listid=4&manuskript_id[value][]=2

where manuskript_id is an element in the database and 2 is as you can see in the list.
But it doesn't work.

The simplest way to filter is to append "&tablename___elmentname=value" to the URL.

I can't see a tablename in your param.
...&your-table___manuskript_id=2...

No I got it working:
http://nemmanus.commingup.dk/index....lementer___manuskript_id_raw[value][]={rowid}

That does the trick...
