Styling pdf output... for beginners please!

Hello.

? have installed Dompdf for Fabrik (in .../libraries/) and I can generate a pdf from list view both in the back and front end of my Joomla site.

Can you guide me in how to style the pdf output please?
I have copied the .../views/list/tmpl folder, and now have a .../views/list/tmpl-pdf folder, and have created a custom.css file.
Where do I find all of the css classes that are used to style the pdf ouput, and how do I add the new template so that it is visible in the List Layout options?

You mustn't copy the folder list/tmpl but list/tmpl/bootstrap or list/tmpl/div

Thank you very much for clarifying that troester.
I am taking little steps at a time and am editing components/com_fabrik/views/list/tmpl/bootstrap-pdf/template_css.php.
The small changes I am making are working well.
Could you tell me if it's possible to exclude a whole column (element) from the pdf output please? I need the column to show in list view, but not in the pdf.
