• Hello Fabrik Community

Fabrik is now in the hands of the development team that brought you Fabrik for Joomla 4. We have recently transitioned the Fabrik site over to a new server and are busy trying to clean it up. We have upgraded the site to Joomla 4 and are running the latest version of Fabrik 4. We have also upgraded the Xenforo forum software to the latest version. Many of the widgets you might have been used to on the forum are no longer operational, many abandoned by the developers. We hope to bring back some of the important ones as we have time.

    Exciting times to be sure.

The Fabrik 4.0 Official release is now available. In addition, the Fabrik codebase is now available in a public repository. See the notices about these in the announcements section

We wish to shout out a very big Thank You to all of you who have made donations. They have really helped. But we can always use more...wink..wink..

Also a big Thank You to those of you who have been assisting others in the forum. This takes a very big burden off of us as we work on bugs, the website and the future of Fabrik.

Tabbed form with details in footer

I have 2 tables. One with CourseTypes (id, type, description) and one with CourseInfo (id, title, type_id, description, ...)
In the footer of details form of the Types I did put
{fabrik view=list id=4 bc_cursus_pakket___type_raw=[rowid]}
so I see the list of all corresponding courses of that type
So far no problem

When I change the layout for the list for the CourseTypes to use tabs (on Type) I get a tabbed view of the types.
I would like to see here also the corresponding courses but when I put the same code as above in the footer section of the list I keep getting a footer without any data.

Is it possible to get the right detail-data here also?

Many thanks in advance,

Filip

Or, another possibility.
When I use grouping on the list with the courseInfo on Type, how do I get the Description of the Type (CourseTypes) into the headertemplate for each group?

Many thanks in advance,

Filip

I found it.
I looked again the tutorials and now I arrived in linking the lists and showin all the data. But it is not always evident to find the right parameters in the new version of Fabrik after checking the tutorials written on an older version of Fabrik...

I did it already before but for some reason it never gave me the expected result. Until now.

Greetings,

Filip

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
