It seems something has changed with one of my client's forms. I updated from git today and instead of the free consultation form link going back to the form it shows the user's submitted details. Also emails are not going out. I tried deleting/adding the form email plugin again and that didn't make a difference. The form is loaded by the menu item, so it won't have anything to do with a module or content plugin.

Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.
