Why does Fabrik offer subscription plans?
Fabrik is an open source project and as such the code will always be free for you to download, use alter and redistribute under the terms of the GPL 2 license.
Our support subscription plans give you access to professional level support. With over seven years of Fabrik experience, we have helped countless individuals and companies realise their Fabrik projects.
What are my payment options?
We use Paypal to handle all our payments, which means you can use credit cards, debit cards or bank transfers. If you can't use Paypal, we do also accept payment via Bank Transfer. However due to the additional administration involved in this, we can only offer this option for Standard or Professional Annual subscriptions.
Do I need to pay to access the forums and read documentation?
No, you can access both the forums and the documentation just by getting a free subscription here.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. If you don't want to renew your membership, simply cancel the Paypal subscription before your membership exipires, and we won't bill you again.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds on paid subscriptions. If you're just getting started with Fabrik and aren't sure if you need a paid subscription yet, sign up for our Free membership and you can access the manual and community support forums.
I'm already registered - how can I upgrade to a subscription?
Please log in with your current user name and password. Then select the menu item "subscribe".
Choose the plan you want to upgrade to.
Then, on the next page, you should simply have to select the payment type, agree to the terms of service and press the 'Continue' button, which will take you to Paypal to complete the upgrade
