Add Button dont work

I am using joomla 2.5.7 and fabrik 3.0.6.3 version.
Fabrik not allow me to add dropdown choices to the dropdown sub element I created for my form. I'll appreciate any suggestion.

Can you try in different browser?

Or you may have a plugin making a conflict with fabrik , you cay check this also?

I try Google chrome, but I have the same error.
I didn't install any plugin only install fabrik 3.0.6.3 package

While you are in the page, try different steps to find error message :

In chrome click F12 and then console check if you any error message
In firefox install firebug and debug the code.
Turn on debug mode in joomla configuration, and report any error message you receive.
