What will happen and when with FABRIK?

Hello,
I've been subscribed a lot of times, I love fabrik.
But today I can not be waiting anymore, I need to know if I can continue using fabrik with a similar cost.
What will happen and when with:

1. new subscriptions to access to the fantastic support of the fabrik team.
2. The video tutorial are gone, the problem is that some important video tutorials (relationships) do not have any wiki alternative.

I have 2 proyects in standby.

Note that we are in the process of changing the way we do support, and will be getting rid of the tiered groups / forums, moving forward. However, we will honor prepaid subs. We're working on the best approach for that at the moment.
