Elements from comprofiler not shown?

I have a list which data is from com_comprofiler (Community Builder). Some new fields have been added to Community Builder - but they are not shown as elements in the Fabrik list ? Some Community Builder fields that are even newer than thoose fields, are correctly shown as elements - How come ??

If you make changes to a database table, like adding columns by adding CB fields, after Fabrik list and group(s) are already existing, you'll need to manually add these as elements to the relevant Fabrik group, one by one.
