canaddrow list plugin

Dears,
Is there a version of canaddrow list plugin we could work with?
To my pleasant surprise while looking for a flexible means beyond the access group settings to control who can add rows to a list I found this thread http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?threads/solved-can-edit-row-plugin-new-feature-request.50823/ which spells that it would be added.

There is no canaddrow list plugin at the moment.

Have you checked github recently? I'm pretty sure I committed one a while back. If it's not there, I'll commit it when I get home from my Christmas travels. I implemented it for a project of mine earlier this year.

It would be very good to have the full edit/delete/view/add series.

PS: It looks, Hugh visits forum occasionally these days. I hope he is alright & healthy.
