We have now opened a commercial services section here on the forum for registered users. If you have a Fabrik project that you wish to have someone work on for you, post it under Help Wanted. If you are an application developer and wish to earn some money helping others, post your details under Fabrik Application Developers.
Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.

How many rows are you displaying at one time.
Do you have any list joins, or CDD elements?
I have plenty of lists which have millions of rows, and as long as all the indexes are present where necessary, and I don't try and display too many rows at once, performance is fine. Usually it's a case of identifying any missing indexes and adding them by hand if necessary.

Typically you have phpMyAdmin on your web server to access and work on your databases directly, including indexes.
