BUG: redirect issue with update_col and copy list pluging

Hi Hugh,
I guess there is a bug in some list plugins... it happened after last github update with 'update_col' and 'copy'.
The redirect after the run has an /?/ in the url, so it doesn't return to the table.

This problem came up lately with some changes made to Github. I think your only chance is to get Hugh's attentions somehow hoping he will pop up in the forums sometimes. Probably a good heading for a thread to get his attention would be something like "BUG in update_col and copy list plugins".

I did some tests and it seems https://github.com/Fabrik/fabrik/commit/01b2449e0a8d3dde7e0161b3434d6bc7349215e8 is the culprit.
Can you confirm that it's only with SEF enabled?

yes I can confirm. Without this addition the redirect is correct.
