A question about Fabrik and pdf questionnaire

I'm sorry, but it's a bit of time that I do not follow and use Fabrik :O(.
I did with fabrik a dbase with all date and it's work well, Now I've to work with a lot of questionnaire in PDF and I would like to connect the date with the pdf file and i need automatically complete the questionnaire with the data present in fabrik and print , email, or save the questionnaire completed.

May be fabrik alone make it or I need to install a different extension?
Could you tell me a suggestion how to do it?

sorry we don't have any solution for connecting to a PDF form to import the data.

I'm not too up on pdf forms, but you may be able to create the form to post to a given url, in which case you could potentially set that url to be a url to insert the data into a fabrik list.
