access issue

Hi,
when I am into a list in Access tab, I have selected:
Empty records: Special
Delete records: Special or use: user field
Add records: Registered
List view: Public

When I go in the front end into the list I can see ... and click ... the Clear button.
How can I avoid to allow users to delete records? Hence, how can I avoid to let see the Clear button?

When you are in the front end, are you logged in as SuperAdmin or as the user who created the record?

I've tested this, can't replicate any problem. With the same settings as you, I see what I'd expect to see. Special user on the front end gets the Empty button, normal users don't.

So as JFQ says, are you sure you are logged in on the front end with the correct user?

Thanks for answers. Sorry for my late reply. I have tested it really a lot of times. The button is always there for registered and it seems that everything works ok.
Sorry for my mistake. My first attempt seemed showing it as not working, but later next attempts are showing it good.
