Add repeated group with pre-filled values

Hi,
Newbies in Joomal and Fabrik, I have created a form and I would like that when I create a new record with that form, a repeated group is create 8 times with at the first element a different hardcoded value in this case (1,2,3,4,A,B,C,D) the rest of the elment will need to be filled in by the user.

Have tried to search in the forum but didn't came with a solution.

How can I do that ?

Ok I found the code to duplicate the group somewhere in the site.
But the problem is to trigger that function. I want that action is done when the page (the main form) has been loaded.
Somebody can give me the name of that event?
