Just updated to latest Github version and found this problem using a databasejoin element rendered as autocomplete. When i search for a value (in this case, a name of a user), instead of getting only a list of close results, i get a list of all users.
I tried with both options for Autocomplete how ("Contains" and "Start with"), same problem.
See attached image for an example. The search was made for "Alexandra Spaller" with Autocomplete how set to "Contains".
