Button inside Detail View

Hello i like your adivse, I am building small Job Offered List on a site, is simple list with a detail information about the job, the idea is that the user register as a joomla user, and Apply for that job, i am stuck here, do i add a button or do i use a module, plugin?

The list is done, and show all the job offer but how can i let administrator know that a user wants to apply and send resume.

Any adivse will be great
