Creating Search Form

I'm trying to create a search form using the tutorial at

I followed all the steps in this tutorial

then I have created a fabrik module to show the form in a position in my home page
the form appear correctly

I insert my data then a I press subit but the result is a blanck page with only this string

I have try to extract the URL in this string and I have obtain the correct result page

someone colud tell me why dons't work?
