'Global Options' suggestion...

Hi there,
as there are some Fabrik global options relating to PDF, it would be nice to add one global about default document format (Letter, A4),
instead of having to configure it everywhere.

I doubt this will happen in 3.0. We're REALLY trying to concentrate all our new feature work on 3.1, and just fix bugs in 3.0. We just don't have the time to fully maintain and develop two rapidly diverging code trees, one of which is on what is effectively a 'dead' version of J!.
