Grouping removes CSV column names

Hi,

I'm using Fabrik 1.0.6 and I found that when I set my query (in the Data tab) to be grouped by any field, let's say "year", the CSV file exported doesn't have the column names in it, just an empty line (data is OK).

I don't see the connection, but I can reproduce it consistently. If I remove the grouping by, then the column names come back.

Should be fixed in the latest SVN. When the table is group'ed, the row data is indexed by group element value rather than sequentially from 0, which broke the 'firstrow' code.
