How change value of yesno element with calc element?

Someone tell me how to change the value of a yesno element from another element calculation?

I guess you can do it only when you change the yesno element to a calc element. Then you can make its value 0 or 1 depend on the value of another field.

And if you change to calc, can you then trigger the yesno bootstrap display from a calc element that now resolves to either 0 or 1?

Well, you should be able to leave it as a YesNo, and handle it from JavaScript when the "other element" changes. What is the other element? A calc?
