In textarea element characters appear slowly

Hi,

I noticed that on all my forms where i have box with textarea element and visible counter with limiit character count on - when write in box - characters appears slowly. This effect is worse when i try write in box-text_area after 1-2-3 minutes since opening form - then i have to refresh browser what cause "slow effect dissapear" for short time.

Is this problem is the same in fabrik 3.0.x and will be also solved?

I applied that fix from 3.1 in 3.0. It's in github as of this commit:

I have updatet from GitHub and now it works OK (characters appear enought fast)
That fixes my problem.
