Is possible replacing with icon label text in heading in list view?

Can you tell me which column you want to replace with an image, and which image you want to use (give the path the the image)
 
Probably best to use a relative path, as your absolute one is dependant on whether your site is running in a sub-folder so somthng like
CSS: 
td.related .addbutton a {
    background: url("../../../../../../images/android1.png") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent !important;
    color: black;
    display: block;
    font-weight: bold;
    text-indent: 34px;
    height: 24px;
}
