I need to have a comment form inside an existing form in order to allow users to exchange information about the submitted data.
I can use the comment plugin, but i need to add another fields that should be submitted together with the comment field.
Think of a ticket form where a user submit a ticket-> the help desk team will answer to the ticket + add a different status of the ticket -> the user respond to the help desk and so on. I can't use a separate ticket form, i need to have it inside an existing form and users should be not able to modify the submitted data.
