New User email not being sent in Front End

Hello all,

I'm not sure if this is a Fabrik issue or Joomla issue. I've created a form to create a new fabrik and Joomla user. When creating a user in the backend fabrik form, the new user is given an email containing their username and password. This is the same email that is sent if I were to create a user using Joomla.

When I try to create a user using the same exact form in the front end, the new user is created, but the email is never sent. I don't receive any type of error message.

Does anyone have any ideas why?

With the jUser form plugin? Is the plugin accessible for Public and/or Guests (depending on your Joomla settings for not logged in visitors).

Yes, I am using the juser form plugin to create the new user and that is working fine. The form is only accessible to a certain group.

I've actually found a way around this by disabling the email sent from Joomla and creating an email form fabrik plugin that sends the user information to the specified email. Probably cleaner that way anyway.
