related-data and database-join

Hi.

I have experimented with related-data and database-join but I found no solution for my problem. What I want is a button to transmit the data from a list (table-stammdaten) in a different form from (table-documents), and then store in the (table-documents). What is missing or how can this be realized that the form is prefilled with the data from (table-stammdaten)? (show attachment)

I think you could probably do that with the autofill form plugin.

That allows you to "autofill on load", and the FK you need (the join element on documents which points to sammdaten) will be preset by the Add link.

You can close solved threads by unchecking "open" in Thread Tools.
