Setting weeknumber and weekday elements when picking date

Hi,

In a List i have a date element and elements for showing the corresponding weekday (dropdown) and weeknumber. Can anyone help me with
a piece of JS that calculate and sets the weekday and the weeknumber when I pick (change) the date in the form?
