ANOTHER problem.. I'm going from bad to worse with this.

I am trying to create a new form that needs to be called from an article. Things were working ok but then I started getting

Some parts of your form have not been correctly filled in

when the page loads.

I disabled securitycheck and jch optomize.

Other forms seem to be working OK but I haven't had a chance to rebuild all the forms I recently lost trying to fix another problem.

I tried with and without ajax. I rebuilt the form from scratch again but got the same problem (I did use the same article though)

I removed the validations from the form.

I removed all the fields except one and removed the validation from that.

I cleared the cache and sessions by

1. deleting the contents of \administrator\cache
2. used admin tools to delete the temp folder, rebuild the tables and purge the sessions
3. Used the clear cache option in joomla
4. restarted the VM for my hosting account


I saw that this was a known issue but didn't see any solutions.

I'd appreciate any help
