tabs form tamplate

the tabs template under 3.0.9 doesn't work.
we get

default_repeatgroup cannot be fund

the form template called "tabs" under

components/com_fabrik/views/form/tmpl/tabs

Added it to github. I just copied the one from the default template, and removed the duplicate repeater button code, seems to work oK, but possible it may need a tweak or two.
