I just want to give a general shout out of thanks to troester and cheesegrits for their excellent responsiveness and support. I am a new user to both Joomla and Fabrik, though I have several years experience with Drupal and CCK. So the concepts are familiar, but the implementation details are sometimes hard to translate and understand.
As I have undertaken building a simple but comprehensive sample application, I have had (and will probably continue to have) a lot of questions where I needed answers quickly. I bought the Professional Support for a month and these two guys have been fantastic at helping me wade through my questions to get me up and running. I don't know if I will have a continuing need for that level of ongoing support, but even if I do, it is a bargain for the level of support provided and I highly recommend it for anyone in my situation.
