There is one group / shape / list / item. Elements are divided on access rights, that is, when filling out a form element 1-5 can fill the author (but not edit), 6-9, only the editor can edit. Configured to send mail to the author and editor. If the author fills out a form, then sent a letter to the editor and acknowledgment to the author, but if further editor edits the elements 6-9, the letter he comes back with changes in form. How to set up the sending address so that an editor has come only when the author sends (edit) form, and when the editor to edit the elements of 6-9 letters did not come? Whether it is possible as that to solve without creating additional forms / groups / lists? Sorry for my english
 
You can use php code in "Email to (eval)" to determine to whom to send.
You can use php code in "Condition" (Options tab) to determine if an email should be sent at all.
You can use a PHP Template file to compose the message.
You can use the "On" (New, Edit, Both) to send only if it's a new record...
