Configured to send mail to the author and editor. If the author fills out a form, then sent a letter to the editor and acknowledgment to the author, but if further editor edits the elements 6-9, the letter he comes back with changes in form. How to set up the sending address so that an editor has come only when the author sends (edit) form, and when the editor to edit the elements of 6-9 letters did not come?
