uninstalled fabrik after upgrading joomla from 3.3.6 to 3.4.8

Hello,
I uninstalled fabrik by using the joomla uninstaller after upgrading joomla from 3.3.6 to 3.4.8, when I refreshed admin and home page I got a bunch of errors. I tired loading the components-fabrik folder contents in addition to two other folders in the plugins-fabrik folder. I then contacted by host to revert my site to yesterday, they did but now I have an error:
JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING[/URL]
I already looked at the file libraries/joomla/database/driver/pdomysql.php
I already deleted the cache and purged it.

My global configuration page is also without its CSS.

Also an extension warning: Your php temp directory is not set .
My Database table structure is up to date.

yikes, any help would be appreciated.

In general: it's wise to do an own backup (e.g. with Akeeba backup) before installing/uninstalling anything.

Try to re-install the recent Fabrik (from http://fabrikar.com/download).

I tried to reinstall the latest via your link, but got an error. So I looked in plugins, found Content - Fabrik plugin and disabled it. Message went away on both the home page and the admin menu, however no CSS for global configuration page still.

I can't imagine how Fabrik should do anything with the global config page.

Which one?

To disable Fabrik completely go into Extensions/plugins, search for "Fabrik" and disable all plugins (especially Fabrik-System).
Then go to Extensions/Manage, search for "Fabrik", uninstall.
