Uninstalling Fabrik gives error

When I try to uninstalling Fabrik package from the joomla installation, it gives error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in /home3/bachpang/public_html/components/com_formmaker/recaptchalib.php:47) in /home3/bachpang/public_html/plugins/fabrik_element/captcha/libs/recaptcha-php-1.11/recaptchalib.php on line 55
and the site stops functioning. This error shows up at both front end and back end.

Uninstalling which exact Fabrik version?
Did you uninstall ALL Fabrik (captcha is not part of core Fabrik)?

Assuming this is 3.1, one solution might be to update Fabrik first, as I added some code about a month ago to make sure we don't try and include the racaptcha lib if another extension has already included it:

So updating Fabrik would get rid of that error.

Although not quite sure why attempting to uninstall Fabrik would load the captcha element, but ...
