I reflected a bit on how much time I am demanding from you and even if most relates to issues/bugs/instability that I have not caused myself have decided that maybe you DO get what you pay for and as such upgraded to SILVER to be more fair to you guys. This way I can hopefully deserve a little bit more attention.

How will this now affect my pending issues in the Bronze Section?
Do you want me to lodge them here again or can you move them?

I assume you can now check what is outstanding on that side and advise me on what you need from me.

Hi Rob, thanks for that. Those two are the main issues.
I am travelling on business in Capetown and am monitoring on my iPad at present.
I really appreciate any help i can get to get back on track so i can start moving forward.
