Hello, I need to have a date_time element in Local time (Store Date As) format. The issue: if record has value 2018-6 (2018-06-30 23:59:00) then in filter is available as 2018-7 because we are GMT+2. See attached screenshot

Can you post screenshots of all the date settings. Issues with dates are very setting sensitive.

OK, this commit should fix it:

... so for "store as local" we don't apply the TZ offset for building the displayed dates in the dropdown filter.
Not something that's shown up before, as very few people use dropdowns for date filters (it's mostly ranges), and of those, even fewer have "store as local" set. And of those, even fewer would have cases where the time part of the date is within the day boundary offset range. In fact, you might even be the first.
