Where is language file for element / validations/ is not "Test if not"?

Hi,
I can't find language file language/en-GB for text: "Tests if not".

The text appear when use:
Fabrik: edit element --- Validations: -is not ----- text "Tests if not"

i want to translate it myself in language/pl-PL

I use to translate some other texts but now, i can't find where is this language file.
Can you say me, where is this language file?

You can add your translation also to https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/fabrik/language/pl_PL/

I don't know why the language file is there but not included into fabrik.
Maybe some missing settings in GitHub or Transifex or only added after the last Fabrik-Transifex-update.

I had some error in my file:
\plugins\fabrik_validationrule\isnot\language\pl-PL\pl-PL.plg_fabrik_validationrule_isnot.ini

and translation was not displayed,
Now, i copied once again \plugins\fabrik_validationrule\isnot\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_fabrik_validationrule_isnot.ini
to pl-PL and translate again and this works,
