Cannot find plug-ins

Hello, I have installed Fabrik 3.1 in Joomla 3.0, then updated from Github via FTP, then went to the Extension Manager --> Discover, hit Discover, Clear Cache, and Discover again... and it doesn't find the plug-ins! I've tried for hours to figure this out -- the plug-ins are present on...
