Add link (popup) not work

Hello,

I have Related Data - tables Phone & Fax
When in one of table there are some datas, this datas I can view: (1)View
And then I see popup list, where I can add or delete records in popup form.

But when in one of table there are no datas: (0)View
I see Add link: 'Add'
But it's not working. When I put link 'Add' I can't see popup form (or not popup form). I'm only seeing link in left bottom corner(side).

Problem is solved with updating
