Autofill plugin question

Hi,
just wondering if this scenario is best suited to use of the autofill plugin:

I have a table of legacy clients (this table is called say legacy_clients) who are not yet users of the system and I need them to identify themselves using a unique reference string (they have this in a letter they have) and their postcode and have their other personal details slotted into the appropriate fields on the fabrik form I use in place of the standard Joomla registration form.

Does this sound like a good scenario for the autofill plugin?

Yes that does sound like the right use case for the autofill plugin.
Your autofill plugin's list would be legacy_clients and its lookup field would be the field containing the "unique reference"
